Can you imagine a world where people are not allowed to go crazy? Can you imagine a world where crazy people are not allowed to be in public but are locked away in prison cells because they're considered dangerous?
A system has been developed enabling humans to keep their mental health in order. But they are still out there, twisted people who enjoy making others suffer. The story doesn't end just there. Keep watching, and this anime will leave you thinking.
