Summary:
Due to his father's disappearance, Itsuki Iba has to take over the family business: a magician dispatch service called 'Astral'. Astral basically employ countless magicians and other supernatural beings in order to send them out to help those who need magical assistance. As a leader, Itsuki now has to be tough, commanding, and reliable, but there's one problem, he's a coward. Also, in order to run a successful business, he has to connect with his employees, which is more difficult than it seems due to his personality and lack of magical ability. But not only does he have to deal with his own employees, he also has to deal with those who threaten the family business.
This is the story of a company 'Astral' and its employees, as they take on the magical or supernatural issues of their clients.
The Story is good maybe even worthy of more, but I am reserved on this front.
The Dialogue is good and again maybe worth more, however just not for me personally.
The Animation is great but by rating standard not excellent I am afraid to say, however I believe some maybe even most would disagree with me thinking its better than I do, I just expected more from it as the story unfolded.

The Entertainment value was high, however I have to say I did not give this show any excellent ratings because I simply wanted more from It-chan than I ever got. The ending also, if ep 24 is actually the end, was lacking any strength. I was so upset I actually wanted to yell at the characters for the stupidity and weakness of character that abounded.
Overall the show was good and I appreciated it, I believe its worth the watch, but personally, I just was completely let down as the 24 eps climaxed to a superficial and lame conclusion that left me saying why the ^&$& did they write it like that. (show less)

the butler was look alike Kureo ( A-17 Years-Old's Paradox ) from yaoi manga....
ooh... about this anime, the story is interesting.........

This anime is a good one. Base story is about company, which fight with monster (or ghost) for hire.
Story is interesting, characters design is good. The animation is very good, it's make action scene look real and exciting.
If you want some fun and exciting, this anime is good for you
