Summary: The series revolves around three teams consisting of a weapon meister and (at least one) human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit for use by the academy's headmaster, Shinigami (better known as Death God), they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and one witch, in that order; otherwise, they will have to restart all over again

Wacky & stylish yet as violent as the Grim Reaper

This anime is wacky, funny and stylish yet is as sharp & violent as the Grim Reaper's scythe. The anime style is distinctive and the animation, although vintage 2008, is better than many more popular anime. The series plots have a very loose adaptation of western mythologies and criminals. Im still watching at episode 6 so I cant fully appreciate the main plot yet.
The anime action is also noteworthy. The anime style is wonderfully distinctive. You will likely remember it well despite watching a ton of other anime. Enjoy!
