Summary: In the year 2065 two super powers are at war over the space elevator. Kei is a military engineer in charge of arming what are called "dimensional weapons." While arming the Space/Time Oscillation bomb, a powerful dimensional weapon, and accident occurs. The blast sends Kei into an alternate dimension where he is saved by a gypsy-like race known as the Emaan.
