In a slightly different timeline than ours, the explosion of information and misinformation came to be considered a direct threat to society. In a daring decision, it was decided to create a new government agency dedicated solely to information management. Some thirty years later, in 2019, the government still monitors and controls information, suppressing anything they find undesirable, but standing against their abuses of power are the libraries, with their special agents called ‘the book soldiers.’
You'll love it! The main character (Iku) and all the other characters are hilarious - never a dull moment.
There's not too much violence and is more comedy and romance than anything else. It's a shame that it's so short, but it's good for those who are bored and would like to watch something to pass the time.
I'd personally recommend the manga over the anime, though, because the drawings are slightly better, has more depth and it goes on for a lot longer.
Has great romance and comedy. The story is ridiculous but it's executed really well and it's one of those series that I see myself watching over again because it was so entertaining.
I loved this series. The story was good and kept me entertained. I liked the main girl and her boss too. I recommend to everybody who enjoys action, military, comedy, and romance mixed in one.
Personally I loved this anime. The plot is can be a bit confusing at first, but you'll get to understand it after a little bit. Artwork was nice and action scenes were good. The anime doesn't really stick out, but isn't horrible bad. For anyone who likes a quick anime with action and a bit of romance watch this anime.
