| Summary: |
In a slightly different timeline than ours, the explosion of information and misinformation came to be considered a direct threat to society. In a daring decision, it was decided to create a new government agency dedicated solely to information management. Some thirty years later, in 2019, the government still monitors and controls information, suppressing anything they find undesirable, but standing against their abuses of power are the libraries, with their special agents called ‘the book soldiers.’ |

You'll love it! The main character (Iku) and all the other characters are hilarious - never a dull moment.
There's not too much violence and is more comedy and romance than anything else. It's a shame that it's so short, but it's good for those who are bored and would like to watch something to pass the time.
I'd personally recommend the manga over the anime, though, because the drawings are slightly better, has more depth and it goes on for a lot longer.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
