Set in a family restaurant in Hokkaido, the northern prefecture of Japan, 16 year old high school student Takanashi Souta works part-time along with his strange co-workers: Taneshima Popura, a high school girl who's a year older than Souta who's easily mistaken for a elementary/middle schooler, and Shirafuji Kyoko the 28-year old store manager who doesn't bother to do any work at all.

First off I would like to point out that both working!! and Working'!! are both season one of working. I requested to admin to fix this because season 2 is out I have the episodes but no place to upload. Anyway moving along. What a show this is one of the most humorous series I have watched this year, the story is fantastic. I just love the way the made this series though I do get frustrated now and then by that manager I think that they made her out that way so we could feel how the employees. Awesome show season 2 twice as funny. not saying anymore. (read more)

I thought this anime was really entertaining,but I felt that it could have been better. The story is great because the whole restaurant theme was interesting and the characters were awesome because they were original, funny and well- voiced. The problem was the execution of the plot- I felt that at times it got repetitive and it wasn't well- developed until the end. The dialogue was funny at most times, but it wasn't amazingly witty, and the animation was okay. It's an interesting watch, but I wouldn't watch it over again.

This anime has almost all the makings of a good one. it has humor interesting characters that never get u bored and an entertaining plot. i dont know about the last episode though. i hope there is more to come. cuz if there isn't it'll be pretty sad. i still liked it though.
Story - The anime mainly runs on non-continuous basis, that is, each episode has its own short stories/arcs telling different (funny) stuffs. Some elements remains continuous, notably the relationships between characters. The personalities of each characters are craved perfectly and well-balanced. There are some, but not extensive, moe elements as well.
Dialogue - The heart and soul of the anime. The seiyuus did a fantastic job, they bring out emotions of the characters and are able to convey the story's messages. Not to mention that the seiyu (read more)

Animation - Average. Nothing very HD-esque. But again, it is the dialogues and atmosphere that rules this anime.
Entertainment - SUPERB. Lighthearted presentation of story, interesting characters coupled with great voice acting provide tons of entertainment that makes you come back again and again. (show less)
Story good (4/5) : 5/5 if they didn't drag the story for so long, the story happens 90% of time in some normal restaurant with not so normal employee. Everyone has his/her unique (very strange) personnality, and the story turns around those.
Dialogue good (4/5) : Sometimes they repeat themselves, but it's not that bad
Animation good (4/5) : Not perfect
Entertainment average (3/5) : The 8 first episodes are slow and somehow boring, the real deal start from episode 9 where we finally see some "evolution".
