Summary:
This romantic comedy revolves around an antisocial high school student named Hikigaya Hachiman with a distorted view on life and no friends or girlfriend. When he see his classmates talking excitedly about living their adolescent lives, he mutters, They\'re a bunch of liars. When he is asked about his future dreams, he responds, Not working. A teacher gets Hachiman to join the volunteer service club, which happens to have the school\'s prettiest girl, Yukinoshita Yukino.

Now I watched this Show back when it first came out both seasons in there respective release times, but recently I decided to watch it again, and i must say I enjoyed it as much the second time around as the first, I sat through both seasons and both OVA's and not only did it give me the Nostalgia feels but reminded me how good characters are written.

This shows emphasizes on loner characters and their mind sets and is what first drew me in, people have a hard time understanding how loner types think and feel, people who prefer to be alone and or distance themselves for a multitude of reasons from people and the world in general and this show does a really good job of showcasing that inner monologue that most loners like myself have and their cripes with the world and the people around them.
So to sum up this entire show is a worthwhile watch from its characters, to its story, to the way the characters go about fixing problems within the club and ultimately each other.
This anime is great and the main reason for that is the main male character. He is a little rude and that is that i liked from his. The episodes are easy to watch but i would like to have more episodes to watch with the hope of a upcoming romance. I think that the anime is unfinished...I want second season.
I must say, I've consider many times before downloading the first episode since this is NOT TYPICAL shounen anime. However, I'm glad that I've downloaded it. Because the introduction of the main character (MC) especially Hikagaya Hachiman was nicely done. You can't find MC that viewed the world in such different ways in laze, unmotivated and confident manner.
The way he accept his weakness and the way he accept the society is refreshing to me. The flow and fluidity this anime was nicely done. The voice actor also play such a good job. For someone (read more)

The characters are awesome, they suit their looks and personality, and the story is great. Can't believe that this had to end so quickly, if only it could have plenty of more episodes or another season.
Watching episodes after episodes had me wanting to watch more of this anime because it can somehow relate to a normal teenagers situation in school.
This anime is a must watch for all you rom-com fans.
