Summary:
Nanami Momozono is alone and homeless after her dad skips town to evade his gambling debts and the debt collectors kick her out of her apartment. So when a man she's just saved from a dog offers her his home, she jumps at the opportunity. But it turns out that his place is a shrine, and Nanami has unwittingly taken over his job as a local deity!
Nanami has all kinda of new responsibilities she doesn't understand, dangers she's unaware of, and a cranky ex-familiar who's... actually pretty hot. What's a new-fledged godling to do?
i really enjoyed watching this anime. finished it it one seating. it is entertaining, fun and stays true to its romantic comedy genre. the characters are all interesting and amazing in their own ways. i enjoyed getting to know them and watching how they further developed as the story unfolds. there wasn't a dull moment for me and i like that it's a light watch. :) though there are some questions/speculations going around my head that perhaps the manga can only answer.
Love the show, the comedy is wonderful and the story easy to follow. I love how the fight scenes are never really intense! it's the kind of comedy show to watch on a lazy and relaxing day!

Where to start, where to start?? IT is sooo cute. This is a love story about a demon familiar and a human girl who became a shrine god. The story is simple, funny, cute, and emotional. The character and story development is superb. The dialogue fits the story and was even able to make me laugh a bit, there is no over repeating and statements of the obvious. Animation wise, I've seen better but it is still good and befitting the anime. You can’t go wrong with this anime if you are into the romance/supernatural type of anime; the romantic emotion (read more)
