Summary:
In the 21st century, a family of vampires settled down on the grounds of Japan and lived a modest life whilst sucking on the blood of humans discreetly. However, the eldest daughter of the family, Karin Maaka, has an embarrassing secret which cannot be revealed to anyone. Even though she is a vampire, she does not lack blood like her family members. Instead, she overproduces blood to the extent that she transfuses the excess into her victims, hence increasing their blood levels. Despite her troubling body characteristic, she attends school like any other high school student, that is until a new transfer student, Kenta Usui, enters her life.

she is very beautiful .
You expect that it would be a fanservice plot and I'll admit there is but ultimately this is a story touching in that it explores the concept of family, loyalty, prejudice, love in ways unexpected. I like very much though I must tell you that I've watch the English dubs and am a bit irritated with the cheesy but touching dialogues. It's a must watch.

Funniest Vampire Series Yet

Really great anime. The whole series stays light and very entertaining despite it being about vampires. The characters are extremely hilarious, especially the two main characters, Karin and Usui. I read the manga before i watched this and the anime sticks very close to it. The animation is also very well laid out and smooth. All in all a very funny series, kept me laughing for hours.
