This OVA was release in the begining of 2011, and it shows the future Naruto Sage vs Sasuke. The battle between them appears to be at the ending of the Shinobi War, where only Naruto and Sasuke stand alone, fighthing.
Characters like Kakashi, Sakura, Kabuto and Madara also appear in this OVA.

This is one OVA Naruto fans would want to watch. It doesn't explain everything but it's still good and it's not really a spoiler. I find that this OVA is more like a movie clip than episodes. Highly recommend also if you don't like Naruto then I suggest not to watch this.

such as AMV, the ova are not using the conversation at all only to include stories of the past and the fight scenes are stunning
