This OVA was release in the begining of 2011, and it shows the future Naruto Sage vs Sasuke. The battle between them appears to be at the ending of the Shinobi War, where only Naruto and Sasuke stand alone, fighthing.
Characters like Kakashi, Sakura, Kabuto and Madara also appear in this OVA.

This ova was filled with scenes everyone has alread seen in just about any naruto/sasuke amv on youtube. The only good thing worth watching this ova for is just the song it uses, but you shall come to realize that it is the same song from the new ending "episode 193 - current." If you are new to the show or arent a hardcore fanboy/girl, this ova can be skipped. If you are a hardcore fanboy/girl, you would have seen this ova already.
the animation looks like something from square soft back in the day... must be fan made

this is obviously fanmade the animation is completely different, though it is good work from a group or person who made it, quality sucks and it would make no sense in the naruto animators to release something like this therefore it is fake

in my oppinion this clip is fan made and not worth the watch, its just a bunch of scenes from previous episodes and is 6 min long and video quailty is pretty bad.

i thought the fight would be more epic n so on...
